The cottage comprises of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and a spacious open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The cottage has central heating and additional electric heaters throughout.

The hamlet of Braeval, boasts its very own golf course, Aberfoyle Golf Course, which is located only metres away from the cottage and is open to non-members. Scenic footpaths to Aberfoyle and the David Marshall Lodge are easily accessed from the cottage offering the opportunity to explore the stunning Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, part of the National park, either by foot or by mountain bike.
 
The village of Aberfoyle is just one mile from the cottage and is a thriving, busy village with good amenities including several restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, a bank, a garden centre and a Co-operative.
 
The cottage has a small enclosed patio garden to the front with garden furniture. This is a glorious spot to sit and relax with one of the books or board games provided at the property. The garden enjoys open views looking out towards rolling fields. There is secure parking for up to two cars in the courtyard.
