The hamlet of Braeval boasts its very own golf course, Aberfoyle Golf Course, which is located only metres away from the farmhouse and is open to non-members. Scenic footpaths to Aberfoyle and the David Marshall Lodge are easily accessed from the farmhouse offering the opportunity to explore the stunning Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, part of the National park, either by foot or by mountain bike.
The village of Aberfoyle is just one mile from the farmhouse and is a thriving, busy village with good amenities including several restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, a bank, a garden centre and a Co-operative.
The farmhouse has a mature enclosed garden with garden furniture and a BBQ area. This is a glorious spot to sit and relax with one of the books or board games provided at the property. There is secure parking for up to two cars in the courtyard.
